一、基本结构要求

1. Title

   • Concise and informative, not exceeding 20 words.

   • Avoid abbreviations or codes.

2. Author Information

   • Full names of authors, full name of the institution (including secondary departments, e.g., "Department of Public Health, School of Medicine, XX University"), city, and postal code.

   • Corresponding author should be marked with "*", and include email and contact number.

3. Abstract and Keywords

   • Abstract: Structured abstract (Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion), within 300 words.

   • Keywords: 3~8 keywords, preferably selected from the MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) terminology.

4. Text Format

   • Research Articles: Should follow the sequence "Introduction (Background and Objectives) → Materials and Methods → Results → Discussion → Conclusion".

   • Reviews: Should reflect systematicity, including research progress, controversial issues, and future directions.

   • Case Reports: Must include patient consent forms and ethical approval documents.

二、Specific Format Details

1. Text and Layout

   • Chinese text in Song Ti, English text in Times New Roman, font size 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing.

   • Hierarchical headings in the text should be numbered as "1, 1.1, 1.1.1", aligned to the left.

2. Tables and Figures

   • Tables: Use three-line tables, numbered as "Table 1, Table 2", with titles in both Chinese and English placed above the table.

   • Figures: High-resolution original images (resolution ≥300 dpi), in JPG/TIFF format, numbered as "Figure 1, Figure 2", with titles in both Chinese and English placed below the figure.

   • Data in tables and figures must be consistent with the text, avoiding duplication.

3. Units of Measurement

   • Use the International System of Units (SI), such as "mg/kg", "mL", etc., avoiding non-standard expressions like "grams/liter".

   • Statistical symbols (e.g., t-test, P-value) should be italicized.

4. References

   • Format: Follow the GB/T 7714-2015 standard, using sequential numbering.

   • Quantity: Research articles should have no less than 15 references, reviews no less than 30, with ≥50% from the last 5 years.

   • Examples:

     • Journal: [1] Zhang XX, Li XX. Analysis of Dengue Fever Epidemiological Characteristics[J]. China Tropical Medicine, 2023, 23(5): 12-15.

     • Book: [2] WHO. Guidelines for Tropical Disease Control[M]. Beijing: People's Medical Publishing House, 2020: 45-50.

三、Ethics and Declarations

1. Ethical Approval

   • Studies involving humans or animals must indicate the ethical review approval number and attach the approval document from the institutional ethics committee.

   • Case reports must provide patient consent forms.

2. Funding

   • Indicate funding projects (e.g., "National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. XXXXXX)"), placed in the footnote on the first page.

3. Author Contributions

   • Clearly state the contribution of each author (e.g., experimental design, data analysis, manuscript writing, etc.).
